Human potential is our driving force! The "Thalpos" units employ qualified mental health professionals who cover the needs of 24-hour operation. The Interdisciplinary Team and the Multidisciplinary Therapeutic Team are the heart of the therapeutic intervention. In parallel, other sub-groups operate to implement individual objectives.
In addition to knowledge and expertise, the employees of our Units have other characteristics that are necessary for the process of demobilization, such as perseverance, respect, love for their fellow human beings and a common team spirit.
Our main concern is that the employees of the Unit receive satisfaction from their work, feel proud of their results, and are able to transform frustration or fatigue into positive thinking and creativity. By recognizing the value of each employee, we strengthen the employee and their contribution to the work of the Unit by meeting our goals every day.
