The Institution seeks to continuously raise awareness and psycho-education of the general public by developing actions that respond to current mental health needs, such as:

Strengthening & empowerment of teachers: online support and empowerment groups for teachers of secondary school units in order to actively support them on issues of adolescent mental health, burnout, conflict management, interculturalism

Webinars for future & new parents: information, motivation and psycho-education of future & new parents for the first year of a child's life on issues of psychological- hormonal changes of the mother, changes in the daily life of parents on an individual and couple level, developmental milestones, socio-economic issues, the social dimension including useful advice.

For the development of the Specialised Community Prevention & Education Actions, the application of evidence-based practice in the design of the intervention is followed, which is based on:

  1. results from relevant scientific research
  2. clinical experience of the mental health professionals of the institution
  3. feedback from the target group of each intervention and existing services
